What is meditation ?
Is it only sitting in a particular posture and controlling the mind ? Partly yes. Actually it is the link one creates between oneself and ones creator. But explained in other words it is actually the breakage of ones links with the situation one is presently in, that is, when one gets convinced that one is not this body, mind, intelligence (BMI) but is actually the undying soul.
What is linkage. It is the attraction one has for a particular. Now we are attracted to the outer physical world. It is easily tangible to us through our 5 senses. We do not know our inner self at all. How then can we get attracted to it without getting a taste of it ? How will we even know of its presence. That is where meditation comes into play. It is only the introduction to our inner world which is not only many times more attractive but the very source of the outer world. The inner plunge is taken through the path of meditation by contemplating on the NAME of God. The outer world is a ciaos. The inner world is silence and love. After repeated meditations one gets into a habit of enjoying the inner world of silence. It is NOT a forced act of controlling the mind as is usually thought and taught by many teachers. Can any one like to eat a vegetable one does not like if forced to eat it ?
Our subconscious mind is pressure packed with all the activities of life. When one takes the plunge through meditating on the name of god into this sort of a balloon filled not by air but with thoughts, it is punctured and thoughts come into the conscious mind. It is after the thought reaches that stage do we realize that we are thinking of some thing and we bring our minds to contemplate on the name of god again. This is meditation. Simple. Nothing complicated or difficult and thoughts are bound to come for some time (10-15 minutes). When some pressure is released from the subconscious mind things begin to settle down and the name of god is the predominant thought. That is only part of the goal but some treat it as THE goal to be reached. It is only a practice session to be introduced towards inward peace as opposed to the outer ciaos. Just as one loves the outer worldly things described by their names one starts loving god described by his name. Slowly the attraction towards god during meditation will subsist even in the outer worldly activities. His teachings of non violence, love and helping others will take over your feelings as opposed to these.
The pit falls in meditation are the egoistic feelings one gets as being superior to the non mediators just like the believers have against the non believers. It is no use you only believing (I’ve heard them arguing and hating for the offensive remarks thrown at each other). One should also act in the way god wants. Gods grace should shower on you. And he should reveal himself to you (Salvation). Similarly, it is no use meditating and inflating ones ego. If gods grace is absent one can realize that some thing is wrong because the whole aim of meditation is to eradicate the egoistic BMI and know that god is the only one every where in all things. God is ONE his names could be MANY (Read my other posts to know more) !!!.

What is the Spiritual Path ?
What is meant by the spiritual path ?
It does not mean the good way, the best way, the human way, to act in the world. That is being human and caring towards fellow beings. It is off course the first necessary step towards a spiritual life but not the goal. The goal is to shed the acceptance that we are this body mind encasement and know ourselves to be the eternal soul. The Pure Consciousness without a trace of ego consciousness.
It means - "THE WAY" to know what you actually and truly are, your inner self, your eternal self-undying soul (without birth OR death), to be your real self, not the “THING” you see in the mirror !!! The thing you see in the mirror, your physical image, is like the mirage one sees in the desert. That is not the TRUTH. The truth is that you are the inner self, the undying soul. The Pure solid form of Love. And one can experience ones real self and that is Salvation when the link is formed between Man and God !!! More in the next post....

Salvation and consciousness
In the path of spirituality LOVE & FAITH in God are the most important ingredients. We have all heard this “"God is Love"”. Is this only an offhand statement ? Is it a statement with out a deeper inner meaning ? What is Love actually ? Is it only an internal feeling of some chemical reaction in our brain as explained by scientists ? If so then what our Realized Souls said only defines a chemical reaction !!! But only those who have felt love to be something SOLID having a form but a form unlike any thing we can imagine in our world have told us that God is Love !!! Love has a form and “we are embodiments of love”. Love is in different forms. Within the family, towards friends, ones nation, ones profession....BUT all these have their varying degrees of selfishness how ever pure they may be. These are only feelings towards outer objects or attractions in other words NOT love itself. And amongst all these Love for god is the purest form. And not only the complete experiencing of this love BUT oneself being so much engrossed in it that one actually forgets oneself and becomes IT (love) leads to self realization. The realization that one is truly the deathless soul the eternal love form. It is easy to say that yes one is the soul but it has to be felt tangibly and unless one becomes the soul or love form one cannot perceive this state. Either there is light or darkness one cannot have both. For light (Knowledge of ones soul) to fill our consciousness we have to end this perpetual (darkness/ignorance of our real self) outward bound senses to go out into the world and seek pleasures. That is where Meditation comes to our help. Sitting in one position and stilling our senses is the initial requirement. It is only a practice session. But that is only 10 % of the job done. The most important and difficult aspect is the turning of the outward MIND into the inward direction and more importantly to fill it with love for god. In such a state of mind one feels the bliss which one has never experienced in the outer world what ever achievements one must have made in life !!! The total engrossment of the contemplating mind on love to such an extent that one forgets oneself and is fully filled and surrounded by love is meditation. Any feeling lower than that is only the mind playing the fool and winning the game over our intellect. At such a point with the Grace of God one is filled with god consciousness and then one knows ones real nature as the Pure one, the Deathless one, one can experience ones form as Love itself. This "IS" salvation. The transformation of ego consciousness into pure/god consciousness is salvation !!!

The Metaphysical Link between CONSCIOUSNESS & GOD
Various god conscious men and women have lived on this earth at different points of time.
All had the SAME things to say. If only the inner meaning of what they said would be analyzed the world would not be in such a mess. RELIGION is created by common mans interpretations. Interpretations based on the WORDS of the god realized person. And HE was always grossly misunderstood. No one blames the interpreter because he never saw through the eyes or mind of the realized one.
All the REALIZED MASTERS completely lost their attachments to their body/mind/intellect (BMI) and were always in the state of god consciousness which is a state completely foreign to the common religious interpreter.
When ever they worded a statement expressing themselves as "ME" they had never an iota of ego which comes from ones attachment to ones BMI. They never meant themselves as understood by common people. When ever we mention "me" or "I" we mean ourselves as individuals, separate from the universality of god, indicating a distinct personality with a sense of ego, an ego which could be hurt some times badly if confronted by opposition. Our EGO is a neat bundle of our BMI. Our capabilities are limited by our ego consciousness so is our understanding of god realized masters restricted by it.
This "ME" has been the sore point of all religions towards each other. Though all masters said the same things, maybe in their own languages stating "any one who longs for god could be in HIS kingdom only through "ME" ". What did they mean when they all said "ME" ? So many masters all saying only through "ME" ? Did they all fight amongst themselves ? All of them were truly in the god conscious state so this situation could just not be possible !!!
Let us analyse the situation logically and with NO bias or leanings towards any religion or god or master.
Firstly we have to come back to.... what is consciousness ?
Is consciousness = GOD ? Yes it is, as all masters have said so. Consciousness is the only aspect that does not die in all living beings and survives even after the death of the BMI. It is an (eternal) deathless entity so a birthless one , pure and unsulled in its pure form.
BUT then is consciousness 'ALWAYS' = GOD
It cant be... because then we common humans would also have been equivalent to out masters. It only goes to show that our consciousness has been dulled and made impure by our BMI which has tremendous leanings and desires towards worldly pleasures. Remove these ten tendencies towards worldly pleasures and replace them with the longing for your particular god realized master and you will be through his grace in the "kingdom of heaven", in god consciousness. Love HIM, devote your time and energies in following HIS teaching without being a slave to your ego centric BMI and desires. That is what all masters have said. All of them had erased their egos and by that virtue lived perpetually in god consciousness. They had purified consciousness which = GOD himself. That is why Jesus said "Man is built in the image of god" because our consciousness when purified following our masters teachings becomes god himself, that is why Krishna said "Atma (pure consciousness) and Parmatma (god) are one". That is what Buddha & Muhammad preached. That is what all spiritual masters preached but this is totally misunderstood by distorted & ignorant egocentric religious writers and preachers. God is one and his self realized masters are one in their god consciousness only appearing different in Name and Form. All of them followed the will of god alone ignoring their individual happiness and wants because they were in the BLISS of god consciousness and did not find the need for worldly happyness which is insignificant in the light of the bliss of god consciousness.

HOW TO CREATE WEALTH WHILE PURSUING YOUR HOBBY
This might seem out of the world to any one BUT I just managed to learn that there is no easy way to earn from the internet and I'll explain how it happened to me....HOPE YOU GAIN FROM MY EXPERIENCE...
From a long time I have been involved in spirituality; reading metaphysics and meditating, trying to combine the 2 in my mental laboratory where i keep experimenting new found and understood methods to go beyond mind/intellect into the world of consciousness.
In the beginning, maybe some 25 years ago, i was young then and had to do a 8am-5pm job, I managed to find time to read and meditate in short spells. I started getting experiences, some physical (twitches, sounds), some mental (out of body experiences, sudden peace never experienced in this physical world etc)
I found TIME was not enough. It created great frustrations some times as there was so much more to achieve in the spiritual world and all the time spent was in working to make money. From a fixed job I went into business where i though when it is set up I could then devote more time into my favorite hobby.... to answer the all important question to me .... WHO AM I ?
How I had made a horrible mistake by leaving my secure job and opting in for a business dawned when I was more hard pressed for TIME even more now than before !
I had to do some thing I thought to myself, some thing to take care of my income source some thing that could give me AUTOMATIC INCOME small in the begining and which would grow in time faster than the inflation rate could catch up on me.
I turned my interest on Internet Marketing as it gave me 2 overwhelming advantages compared to my normal mode of income:
(1) I could carry on working from any where as I just had to have a computer and an internet connection.
(2) I could work at my own pace and most importantly I could AUTOMATE the process after it was set up.
It was a hard time for more than a year when various types of internet scammers took me for a jolly good ride. I laugh at myself how I could participate in ridiculous schemes like
(1) MLMs, (claims that "Multi-Level Marketing will take over the World!" are completely bogus)...One man ropes in Two and the chain goes on...start it and you will know the reality !!!
(2) So called Data entry Jobs, They came in disguises like "type at home", "home typers", "data entry work"
(3) Paid Surveys that don't give an income worth its name.
(4) Gurus .... stay away from them ....The list could go on and on, e-books in 100s....i bought 10-15 of them i lost count and could not get any money from them though I did get to educate myself.
But they say.....
Only experience makes a man wise...
There is no such thing as easy money on the internet...
The only people who make a living on the internet is those who tell half truth and fool gullible people into contributing only $ 10 and collect money without having a real business opportunity...
